The Big Draw is the world’s biggest drawing festival and takes place at multiple venues throughout the county and indeed the country. Join the creative folk over at the Mill Studio, located next to Guildford’s Yvonne Arnaud Theatre and take part in some lively art making with Artist Diana Burch. Make imaginative animal prints before taking part in a giant movement map as you hop, skip and dance your way across the floor culminating in an incredibly collaborative and creative pattern.

The much-loved children’s illustrator and writer Nick Sharratt comes to Farnham Maltings this month for a very special, fun filled draw-along for all ages. Possibly our favourite past time when it comes to Halloween is the picking, carving, and painting of pumpkins. Nothing quite says ‘Halloween’ like a large pumpkin, lit incandescently to reveal a frightening face. Head to Secrett’s Farm in Milford from the 24th to the 29th October and enjoy the adventure of seeking out your very own pumpkin. In addition, there will be tractor rides, face painting and a host of children’s activities.

Trick or treat do you dare take to the trees for a spooktacularly scary skywalk this October? Taking place throughout half-term, Skywalk Adventure in Sandown will play host to a Halloween themed skywalk complete with terrifying treats for visitors. Legend has it that when Skywalk Adventure was built, they disturbed an ancient burial ground, and its deceased occupants now come to wreak havoc at the park every Halloween. Will you be brave enough to take on the creepy course?

From 3 pm – 6.30 pm, the Rural Life Centre in Tilford will play host to a terrifying afternoon of all-things all hallows eve. Dress up in the creepiest of costumes and take a ride on the ghost train. Make witches hat and broom to fly into the night sky on before creating a Jack-o-lantern.
