Rooted in Guildford features a programme of theatre, film comedy, art and workshops that aim to raise awareness of and directly improve mental health in the community. Highlights include an Art and Wellbeing Mural Workshop (April 30), whereby you’ll contribute to a giant wellness-inspired mural, funny musicians Jonny and the Baptists bring their Big Mental Health show to the stage (May 24), while Family Fun Day will see a host of different activities for all to get involved with.
