In this session expert tutor Caroline Lofthouse will lead you through a Yin Yoga practice in Weest Horsely Places’s beautiful and historic Morning Room. Yin is a form of yoga in which floor based poses are held for longer periods of time, allowing for deep stretching of the body in a non-forceful way. The benefits of a regular Yin practice can include; improvements in flexibility and joint mobility, reduction in stress and anxiety, calming and balancing mind and body, encourage relaxation, recovery from intense exercise, athletic performance or a hectic lifestyle!
