An arts and wellbeing festival for all, head for Guildford’s G Live for their month-long series of events aimed at our wellbeing. Rooted in Guildford features a programme of theatre, film comedy, art and workshops that aim to raise awareness of and directly improve mental health in the community. Highlights include an Art and Wellbeing Mural Workshop (April 30), whereby you’ll contribute to a giant wellness-inspired mural, funny musicians Jonny and the Baptists bring their Big Mental Health show to the stage (May 24), while Family Fun Day will see a host of different activities for all to get involved with.

DEVIL’S PUNCHBOWL SUNSET 10K / MAY 9 / DEVIL’S PUNCHBOWL, HINDHEAD
Get ready for all the ‘feels’ for the scenery as you take on this beautiful sunset trail run around the Devil’s Punchbowl. A 10km designed to be fun but tough will see runners take on some fantastic trails featuring plenty of hilly terrains. A guided trail run; this makes a great introduction to those new to trail running as well as runners who like to run with like-minded folk.
