Witness real-life theatre about what it felt like for two chubby girls who grew up in the thigh-gap worshipping, fart denying, skinny tea-peddling dumpster fire that was the 2010s. Through the use of monologues, duologues, movement and music, NASTY examines a range of different thoughts and fears about real-life experiences as women with regards to body image and bad habits.

SPRING FORAGING WALK / APRIL 26 / THE SALT BOX, PRIORY FARM ESTATE, SOUTH NUTFIELD
Take a walk on the wild side, as you’re introduced to the hidden delights of nature’s spring larder. Start the day with a wild tea, before heading on a walk through fields, woodlands and along tracks, with a syllabus built around what is not just seasonally available, but delicious too! After the walk settle down for a slow and mindful botanical illustration workshop led by Ellie from Surrey Art School, featuring ingredients gathered in your foraging baskets. All materials, freshly brewed tea and coffee and a delicious light lunch are included in this seasonal workshop.

SATURDAY SKETCH: SLOW GAZE IN NATURE / APRIL 27 / WATTS GALLERY ARTISTS’ VILLAGE, COMPTON
Join artist Anna-Marie Garrett for mindful drawing outdoors in the Gallery grounds and woodland. Ground yourself through breath and being with flora, fauna and fungi, then enjoy a short, guided meditation in the landscape, weather permitting. The class then flows into warm-up sketches and longer drawings. No previous drawing experience is necessary, the workshop focuses on the process of sketching to build mindful connections to non-human nature in slowed time.
