Find your inner light at this traditional Kundalini Yoga class at The Bisley Yurt with Charlie Leigh Yoga. A spiritual and physical practice rooted in ancient Indian traditions. It aims to awaken dormant spiritual energy, known as “kundalini,” believed to be coiled at the base of the spine. Did you know?
